Title
Frost's carpenter's shop at Bakewell Deed of gift of the estate and interest of John Frost of Bakewell, farmer, to his son, Thomas Frost of Derby Road, Nottingham, wheelwright and coachmaker; - reciting that William Frost decd of Bakewell, carpenter and wheelwright, by his will dated 25 Jun 1835 bequeathed all his carpenter's shop etc at Bakewell to his three sons, John, William, and Joseph, who were then in occupation of it. Testaor and his son William are now dead - John Frost hereby assigns all his moiety to his son Thomas 31 May 1856
