| Administrative History | J and W Heathcote were established as licensed valuers in Derby from the 1890s. They had an extensive business undertaking valuations for probate, insurance, sale and in cases of debt. Their records include detailed inventories of licensed premises and private residences, chiefly in Derby but also in towns within a radius of about twenty miles. |
