Administrative History
The firm was set up to hold the remainder of a long lease of 9 Upper Belgrave Street, London, which was acquired in 1954 for use as the Butterley Company's London offices. It ceased trading in 1960 and was wound up in 1961. The original London offices were destroyed by enemy bombing during World War II.
