Title(1-7) Documents relating to land at Brampton awarded to Messrs Hewitt Longson and Co under the Brampton Enclosure, later part of the property owned by the firm's successors Hewitt Bunting and Co candlewick manufacturers at Walton Works, Walton near Chesterfield, and conveyed to Thomas Scott in 1894. Scott conveyed part of the land to Arthur Gibbons, who built 2 messuages on the property before reconveyancing it to Thomas Scott.
