Parish of Stanton in Peak Holy Trinity
Administrative History
Stanton-in-Peak was originally a township in the parish of Youlgreave. Its chapel, dedicated to Holy Trinity, was built in 1839, but it did not become a separate parish until 1876 when part of Rowsley and the chapelry of Birchover were added.
Custodial History
The records were deposited in August 1992 and July 2001. For the years when Stanton was in the parish of Youlgreave, see list D3644.
