TitleBritish South Africa Company: Board minutes and agenda
Description[These minutes and agenda were those sent to Gell for his own reference. Each dispatch normally included the minutes of the previous meetings, administrative and commercial, and the agenda of the next meetings. The agenda were normally in two parts. As a result of this bundle structure, therefore, if a single dispatch is missing it will mean the loss of the minutes of one meeting and the agenda of another. The list is extremely summary and does not specify where part of an agenda, for instance, is missing. It can be taken, however, that a bundle is complete where the sub-numbers accorded to it attain a figure higher than 6.]
