The attached document (in English) of Richard Hethcott who, in performance of the will of John Swerde of Chesterfield, deceased, releases it to the alderman of Chesterfield {Asshe] and his successors who are to pay 6 pence yearly to pay for the soul of John Swerde and to use the remaining revenues of property for the maintenance of the church of Chesterfield |
