TitleRecords created or acquired by the Derbyshire Miners' Association between 1913 and 1945, and by the National Union of Mineworkers' (NUM) Derbyshire Area from 1945.

Description- Memorandum of Agreement made between representatives of collieries working seams other than Top Hard Seams and the Derbyshire Miners' Association. The agreement concerns the introduction of new basis rates for mechanics and surface workers. At the back of the agreement there are several signatures provided by both sets of representatives ('Owners' and 'Workmen') (May 1922)
- 'National Union of Mineworkers: Discretionary Pension Scheme: Rules' (appears to have been put together by 'HS&B', perhaps an insurance firm; the publication is undated but it does refer to the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965)
- 'Mines Department Inquiry into the Causes and Circumstances of An Explosion at the Grassmoor Colliery, near Chesterfield, On Sunday, 19th November, 1933'. Four volumes; typescript of the first, second, third and fourth days' proceedings, which were held at the Stephenson Memorial Hall, Chesterfield.
- Facsimiles of published miniture biographies of James Haslam, W.E. Harvey and Henry Jarvis. (Undated; the entries seem to suggest that all three were still active at the time of writing.)
- Copies of reports from newspapers, from March 1911, concerning libel damages that W.E. Harvey, a senior Derbyshire Miners' Association official and Liberal-Labour MP for North-East Derbyshire, was ordered to pay; the action was brought by Mr C.C. Baggaley, headmaster of Dronfield Grammar School.
- Printed copy of minutes of the NUM Nottingham Area Executive Committee meetings for 1978.
- Trades Union Congree General Council, 'Mining Dispute National Strike: Supplementary Report of the General Council to the Conference of Executives of Affiliated Unions, 20th January, 1927'. This copy may have belonged to Frank Hall, a senior official of the Derbyshire Miners' Association, as his name is handwritten in the top right corner.
