Description
Bequeathing 2 shillings 6 pence to his daughter Elizabeth, 5 shillings to nephew John Cooke, £5 to daughter Margaret, £5 to daughter Ann, £5 to daughter Sarah, household goods to his daughters, and house and lands (including Grimes Meadow) to his son William, with the rest of his possessions, also appointing William as his executor. Will dated last day of January 1679 in the 31st year in the reign of King Charles II [by modern reckoning 1680], probate granted at Chesterfield 21 April 1686
