Description
Bequeathing one shilling to Henry Cook of Palterton all money, goods and lands to her son William Bacon to be held for him as he is "so unhappy as not to be in a capacity to manage for himself for want of sense" by trustees, [the minister and two overseers of the poor of Heath at the time of her death and their successors). The trustees appointed as executors. Property to be sold on William's death, for the use of the poor of the parish of Heath. Will dated 24 Feb 5th year of reign of King George II 1732, probate granted at Chesterfield, 16 May 1733
