Indenture of lease by J and N Nadin and Co Ltd, registered at Stanton Colliery, to William Brown of 48 Oversetts Road, Newhall butcher, trading as the Hawfields Brickworks, of 17,475 sq yards at Stanton, drying shed, kilns, offices etc (connected with the land by a tramway), right to use machinery, tramway, right to dig clay, sand (not coal) and manufacture bricks, for a term of 21 years from 29 Sep 1922 at the annual of rent £250, royalties for bricks made and clay dug, includes schedule of machinery and plan, 31 Dec 1922
