Title	Part of deed of mortgage by release by Thoms Brocksopp to George Heywood of property in Hasland

Description	The deed is an indenture of release meant to go with indenture of lease dated 15 Jun 1719 between the parties as above for a messuage and five closes of land at Hasland. It has only about a third of the right hand remaining, with the rest of the deed having been crudely cut off. On what remains the names of Thomas Brocksopp and George Heywood are recorded, as are five parcels of closes of land, and part of the provisions for the repayment of money (at least £123).
