Description
Comprising a close of land called the Nether Croft containing one acre twenty one perches and part of the Upper Croft adjoining, containing one acre seven perches. With an old barn and stable and garden land where an unfinished house stands containing thirteen perches, and the adjoining lane called 'Alldred's lane'.
