Indenture between (1) George Adlington of Newton, gentleman, (2) James Booth of Pentrich, farmer, (3) Joseph Fletcher of Ripley, butcher and (4) John Huish of Derby, gentleman.
In consideration of £244.
Reciting will of Joseph Newton of Ripley, proved at Ltchfield 14 Oct 1802, will of William Booth proved at Lichfield 2 Mar 1822 and indentures of lease and release 17-18 Mar 1834.
