John Scholefield being of Hemsworth, county of York, contractor (one of two devisees in fee in trust for sale of the real estate of Joseph Plant late of Woolley near Wakefield, county of York, farmer, deceased, as named in will date 23 January 1874, proved at Wakefield Probate District Registry on 4 August 1882) and George Herbert Plant of Northcote, Melbourne in Australia, then residing at Barnsley (trustee for the sale of real estate appointed by indenture dated 19 June 1883)
