Indenture between (1) Thomas Gent of South Normanton, grocer, Peter Gent of Alfreton, framesmith, and William Wilson of South Normanton, surveyor (devisees in trust of the will of Thomas Gent late of South Normanton, yeoman, deceased), and (2) Emerson Muschamp Bainbridge of Newcastle upon Tyne, county of Northumberland, coal master, and William Muschamp of Gateshead, county of Durham, coal master.
Mines and seams of coal, ironstone and fireclay under several closes of land (19 acres 3 roods 34 perches) in the parish of South Normanton, to be held for a term of 80 years (annual rents described in detail).
