Indenture between (1) John Clarke of Higham Cliff near Alfreton, land agent (devisee in trust of the will of the late Reverend William Peach of Brampton, deceased), (2) Sarah Jane Peach of 92 Wimpole Street, Cavendish Square, county of Middlesex, spinster. and (3) Emerson Muschamp Bainbridge of Newcastle upon Tyne, coal master, and William Muschamp of Gateshead, coal master.
To be held for a term of 45 years at the annual rents of £80 for the first 5 years and £100 thereafter.
Parchment, 4 sheets, with map and schedule on 4th sheet; 2 applied seals, with signatures of John Clarke and Sarah Jane Peach.
