Indenture between (1) Joseph Fletcher of Ripley, butcher, (2) David Wheatcroft of Buckland Hollow, gentleman. and (3) Arthur Wells of Nottingham, gentleman.
In consideration of £167 10 shillings, with the principal sum of £1000 still owing. Reciting indenture dated 29 April 1848.
Parchment: applied seal, with signature of Joseph Fletcher.
