Indenture between (1) William Radford of Fritchley in the parish of Crich, yeoman, and (2) Robert Ryley of Whytelees in Ripley in the parish of Pentrich, yeoman, and his son William Ryley.
In consideration of £166 10 shillings.
Dated 20 May 9 Charles: by modern reckoning the year is 1633.
Endorsed with delivery of seisin.
Parchment, pendent seal on tag, with William Radford's mark.
