Release by Easter Clay, daughter of Hannah Clay of Moorgreen, parish of Greasley, county of Nottingham, to Richard Clayton of Loscoe, gentleman.
Reciting articles of agreement 11 Nov 1706 between Robert Wyld, her late uncle, of Greasley, yeoman, and Richard Clayton of Codnor, parish of Heanor, gentleman, relating to several closes, lands and tenements in Loscoe, bond of Richard Clayton 11 Nov 1706, the last will of Robert Wyld, including bequest of £80, and Easter Clay attaining the age of 21
In consideration of £80 paid by Richard Clayton.
Paper, applied seal in bottom right corner, with mark of Easter Clay.
