Indentures of lease and release between (1) Philip Gell of the borough of Derby, doctor in physick, (2) John Fletcher of Stansby House, parish of Horsley, esquire, and Francis Barber of Greasley, county of Nottingham, gentleman and Elizabeth his wire, and (3) Christopher Coleclough of Milnhay, parish of Heanor, gentleman.
Reciting lease and release of 28-29 Dec 1754.
Parchment, lease attached to release by pin, 4 applied seals on bottom of release, with signatures of Philip Gell, John Fletcher, Fran: Barber and Eliz Barber; 3 applied seals on lease, with signatures of Philip Gell, John Fletcher and Fran: Barber.
