Description
William Bilby, gentleman, plaintiff, Henry Wilmot, esquire, William Albin and Dorothy his wife, vouchees, for a third part of a messuage, 2 gardens, 40 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 50 acres of pasture, and common of pasture in Marehay and the parish of Pentrich. Endorsed with names of parties and "Pegg".
Trinity term, exemplification dated 29 June 31 George II: by modern reckoning the year is 1757.
Parchment, Great Seal in metal box on tag, portrait of King George II in top left initial letter.
