DescriptionQuadripartite indenture of assignment in trust to attend the inheritance between (1) Sir Richard Neile of Plessey, parish of Stannington, Northumberland, knight, (2) Francis Millington of London, esquire, (3) Noel Glover and Edward Shaw of London, gentlemen, and (4) Streynsham Master of London, esquire.
Reciting mortgage dated 29 June 1686, assignment of 1 March 1688 and further charge of 12 June 1689.
In consideration of £4500 and interest, ending a term of 1000 years.
Dated 25 Feb 1692 5 William and Mary: by modern reckoning the year is 1693.
Parchment (3 sheets, 3rd sheet small), applied seals on two tags, with signatures of Ric. Neile and Francis Millington.
