Description
Reciting possession by Alice Boltbie of Ripley, widow, and her son William Boltbie of the messuage and appurtenances, having bought them from Robert Roper, Humfrey Alsoppe and Michael Eyre, who in turn had purchased them from the late John Zouche, father of John Zouche making the quitclaim. Also reciting final concord between the late John Zouche and Roper, Alsoppe and Eyre in the quindene of St Martin in the 39th year of Queen Elizabeth's reign [25 Nov 1596] and common recovery in the Michaelmas term of 38th and 39th year of Queen Elizabeth's reign [1596].
