Indenture between (1) John White of Breadsall, husbandman and Mary his wife, late one of the daughters of William Riley late of Morley Park, yeoman, deceased, John Pegge of Breadsall, husbandman, and Grace his wife, late another of the daughters of William Riley, deceased, and (2) John Bird of Kimberley in the parish of Greasley, county of Nottingham, yeoman, and Anne his wife and Alexander Knight of Spondon, husbandman.
Messuage in occupation of Francis Turner.
In consideration of 5 shillings, for a term of 3 months.
Parchment, 4 pendent seals on tags, with signatures of John White, Mary White and John Pegg and mark of Grace Pegge
