In consideration of £38.
Dated 20 July 11 James I: by modern reckoning the year is 1613
Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of seisin.
Parchment, pendent seal, tag signed by John Walker, with note of abstract of title of Francis Tantum for house and land lying on the south side of Tantums Close attached (1613-1659).
