Indenture between (1) Thomas Glew of Loscoe, yeoman, and (2) John Piniger the elder of Loscoe, yeoman.
Messuage being in the tenure of Jasper Draycott and Elioner his wife.
In consideration of £25.
Although it is dated 24 March 1651, it is likely that the year should be 1652 by the modern calendar.
Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of seisin
Parchment, one tag, signed Thomas Glew, no seal.
