Properties comprising 6 closes called the Street Lees (Coat Close, now divided into two closes, the Broad Meadow, the Little Close, the Fistley Close, the Lane and Lane Piece), two closes called the Weare Hay Close and the Mesne Close, and several closes of land called the Great Common, the Upper Common, the Little Common and the Sitch Reciting indentures of lease and release 4-5 Oct 1745, lease and release 3-4 Feb 1742, and tripartite indenture 4 Feb 1742 In consideration of £300 and 5 shillings, tosecure the principal sum and 4¼ interest.
