Description
Indenture of declaration of the uses of a fine levied between (1) John Wilson of Heanor, gentleman, and Mary his wife, and (2) John Tatam of Sutton on the Hill, clerk, and William Goodere of Heanor, gentleman.
Reciting acknowledgement and levy of fine by John Wilson and others during the Trinity term last past in the Court of Common Pleas concerning three fourth parts of 4 messuages, 3 cottages, 100 cares of land, 30 acres of meadow, 100 acres of pasture, 10 acres of wood, rent of £28 8 shillings 10 pence and common of pasture in Ripley, Mapperley, and the parishes of Morley, Kirk Hallam, Horsley, Denby, Heanor and Pentrich
Parchment, 4 applied seals at bottom, with signatures of William Wilson, Mary Wilson and William Goodere.
