| Description | Shows typical housing provided for miners, as built in the late 1860s. They were built by Mr Levick, a local builder. Also includes information of other housing built in Eckington and plaques put up in the area commemorating the formation of the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Miners' Association in 1865. Deposited by Mr A. Griffin of Stoke-upon-Trent. Signature of Mr E. Williamson of Alfreton. |
