39 pages, with fold-out plans for lots 1-71 in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (2 plans), lot 73 in Smisby, lots 74 and 74A in Woodville, lot 75 in Castle Gresley, lot 76 in Church Gresley, lots 77-80 in Measham, lots 81-83 Oakthorpe [a few lots had no plan].
Pages now loose, with some plans having minor tear damage.
