Auction to be held in the Victoria Hall at the White Hart Hotel, Burton-on-Trent, on 19 Sep 1918. Charles Harrison, land agent and surveyor, Burton-on-Trent.
With fold-out plan, scale 6 chains to 1 inch, size 58cm x 41cm opened out.
