Fold-up plan, showing freehold property, including Granville Pits 1 and 2, plus area and mines leased to Cartwright Colliery, and lands leased by Lord Donington in 1872 and 1889 (c300 acres for the Main, Little and lower seams), 1888 (c95 acres for Little Coal only) and 1892 (c140 acres for Little Coal only). Also showing Albion Works to the south east of Lord Donington leased lands , with reference key for Albion Clay Company, General Sarel's and Moira Colliery Company minerals.
