Description
For coal rents half years ending Michaelmas 1892-Lady Day 1894 and Michaelmas 1911-Michaelmas 1945, with columns for the name of the colliery (High Peak, Watnall, Moorgreen, Brinsley, Selston), parish coal worked in, proprietor/royalty owner, individual seams worked with acreages, rate per acre, amount in monetary terms (with total amount initially). From 1913 to 1947 interspersed with areas of coal worked for the year (described as Parish Rating from 1924), with columns for colliery (including additional collieries of Lodge, Cossall and Oakwood), parish, saleable tonnage (from 1915), individual seams worked with acreages, and total acreages. Opencast coal rents included from Michaelmas 1944 to Michaelmas 1945.
