Also on the unsuccessful proposition by Thomas Ward for the Butterley Company to take over the workings there, as well as subleases for Marehay/Whiteley Colliery. Includes mention of lease for the Low Main and Kilburn coal seams at Kidsley Park and the termination of lease for the Furnace and Deep Soft coal seams. Plan of sublease for Low Main coal seam at Whiteley Colliery from the Denby Coal and Iron Company, Jul 1935, with duplicate copies.
