Land owned by the Duke of Portland. Mention is also made to the New Hucknall Colliery Company, who had a barrier with the land mentioned and owned the appropriate freehold. Includes a copy of an agreement made between the Butterley Company and the South Normanton Company about a smaller lease in Aug 1903.
