Description
Relating to the dispute over the purchase price offered by the Butterley Company for Low Main coal seam under the Gate Inn at Codnor Gate owned by the Home Brewing Company Ltd, and related application made to the Railway and Canal Commission by the Butterley Company to mediate a hearing to discuss the Home Brewing Company's refusal of offer. Mention is made to lease of land neighbouring the Gate Inn from the Ecclesiastical Commissioners.
