"Mottie" numbers identified at front as being 1-30 for Kilburn underground, 31-50 for Low Main underground, 51-589 for Kilburn underground, 590-1000 for Low Main Underground, and 1001 and over for surface. Several of the early entries are undated for date set on. Damaged.
