Title
Butterley Company newspaper cuttings book, mostly about strikes and industrial relations, using old weekly cost sheets book (1888-1890)

Description
Including printed copies of notices and ballot papers. The cuttings have been pasted into the back of a volume of weekly cost sheets statistics for the colliery districts, with columns for individual collieries, for the period weeks ending 31 Mar 1888-18 Oct 1890. Several cuttings have become detached and are loose in envelope: one end board has become detached and is missing.
