Description	Workmen sign to agree to serve the company under the terms of the contract rules printed at front of volume subject to observance of the Coal Mines Act 1911 and regulations. Arranged chronologically. Columns for date, whether workman qualified to work alone under General 73, signature or mark of person employed, occupation, married or single, age, address, name of doctor (only until 1921) whether they had nystagmus or not (from 1921) and witness.
