Biography
Phoebe Thomas was enslaved on the Grange Hill plantation in Jamaica. She gave birth to a son, Robert, on 15 Aug 1814. She was recorded as having died at the age of 38 at Grange Hill in the Slave Register of 1820 held at The National Archives.
