| Administrative History | Derbyshire Youth Council was founded in the 2000s. In 2020, Derbyshire County Council held a consultation on replacing it with a strategic participation network. The replacement body was named Derbyshire Youth Network, to reflect the range of youth groups and schools involved, including the Children in Care Council, the Care Leavers' Council and children's residential homes. |
