Grant dated 20.02.1973 to Mrs F.D Bond of right of way and release of right of way at Cromford. Easement dated 25.10.1973 from Personal representatives of Henry Flint deceased for water pipe etc over land adjoining this land at Black Rocks Cromford. Wayleave to E.M.E.B dated 06.11.1973 (No. C.131071). Conveyance from British Railways Board of additional 18 square yards adjoining this land at Steeple Grange, Wirksworth which should have been included in the original conveyance.
