Description
Form A is for review of policies and procedures and covers current practices without specific Committee authority. Separate forms cover Deposit, Survey, Lists, Advice, Exhibitions and Talks, Matlock College, Access for Searchers. Form B covers policy decisions and administrative procedures with specific Committee approval, giving reference numbers from minutes. Decisions include: use of the name Derbyshire Record Office (4 Jul 1962); starting a Terrier or map register of council property (13 Sep 1962); establishment of Diocesan Record Office (20 Mar 1969).
