Speaker's script and printed slide presentation relating to reader development in the East Midlands
Date
[2007]
Description
The main focus of the presentation is the creation in 1999 of a regional collaboration called the East Midlands Reader and Library development (EMRALD) group, combining the forces of nine separate local authorities with the support of their chief librarians.
