Deed of exchange between Richard Arkwright, junior, and the Cromford Canal Company

Description
by which the Canal Company have conveyed to Arkwright several parcels of land at a place called the Lawn, Cromford, marked A1, A2 and A3 on the plan inset, in exchange for a parcel of land being part of the lawn labelled C1 and a parcel of land labelled C2 part of Cromford Green: plan shows the line of the new road over Cromford Green as well as the land being exchanged, dated 12 Aug 1794
