| Administrative History | In the medieval period, Bradbourne church and rectory was granted to Dunstable Priory. The churches covered by the parish were then Atlow, Ballidon, Bradbourne, Brassington and Tissington. Ballidon is still a chapel of ease, but Atlow became a separate parish in 1874 and Brassington in 1886. Aldwark and Lea Hall are townships within the parish. |
