Description
In consideration of £200, (which lease was granted by Sir Rowland Okeover and Mercy his wife to the said Thomas, 10 Jan 1653), of the cottage wherein Thomas dwells at Atlow, with a close nown as the Crofte, Horse Close, Round Crofte, Wheate Crofte with an adjoining pingle, Overwood and 3 beast gates in Atlow Winn between May Day and Michaelmas, for the lives of Thomas and of Anthony and Henry his sons upon condition that if the £200 is not paid by 25 Mar next then the surrender is to be void
