Showing the profile of a man wearing a laurel crown. Taken from "A select Collection of Drawings from curious antique Gems, most of them in the possession of the Nobility and Gentry of this Kingdom, etched after the manner of Rembrandt," by Thomas Worlidge. [The Duke of Devonshire is likely to be William Cavendish, 4th Duke of Devonshire, who inherited many artworks from his father-in-law in 1754.]
