Description
On inside front cover, there are memoranda that it was given by John Franklin to his sister, Elizabeth Franklin, on 22 May 1819, "the day on which he left Town for Hudson Bay" and that Elizabeth gave it to his daughter Eleanor Isabella Franklin (later Gell), on 1 June (possibly 1830).
Printed by R. Edwards, Fleet Street, London, 256 pages, including recommendation by Dr Isaac Watts, dated 19 Jan 1750
